Red, White & Blue DIY Dyeing Projects
Independence Day is a time to celebration with friends and family. The 4th of July is the perfect time to have a BBQ, go to the cottage or spend time outside.
We love the colours (colors in USA) of the iconic flag and the classic combination of red, white & blue is always flattering. Plan an outfit that shows off blue (Navy, Midnight or Royal) red (Scarlet or Cardinal). You can mix a pop of red with classic white or blue denim jean shorts, or add patriotic accessories to a dress or jumper. Summer and white go hand-in-hand, so keep your whites bright with a tsp of Whitex Wonder Whitener.
Use red and blue dyes to add character to crafts. Dye clothespins for a more cheerful laundry day. Add red dye to update plain white paper lanterns or streamers. You can make flowers out of white coffee filters or white flower garlands to make cute party decorations.
Whatever way you choose to celebrate July 4th, be sure to incorporate red, white and blue into your life.
